350 degree over for 40 min
1 3/4c flour 1/2t baking soda
1 1/4T baking powder 1/2t salt
2/3c sugar 2 eggs
1/3c oil 4-6 very ripe bananas

| Quick Banana Bread |
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
2 eggs
2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans
Cream together cheese and sugar till light; beat in banana and eggs.
Stir in Bisquick and nut just till moistened. Turn into greased 9 x
5 loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 65 minutes. Cover with foil
last 15 minutes if bread browns too quickly. Cool in pan 10 minutes;
remove from pan. Cool thoroughly.
